The Buckle, Inc. is seeking an Assistant in Training (AIT) and Assistant Manager to help deliver our guest-focused shopping experience.

You will work with the Store Manager and Leadership Team to lead sales, merchandising, and operations, recruit new Teammates, and develop leadership across the team. You will progressively take on higher duties as you grow from AIT to Assistant Manager, with responsibilities including training, showmanship, and ensuring excellent customer service while

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; retail experience preferred.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
