The Buckle, Inc. is seeking an Assistant in Training (AIT) / Assistant Manager to help deliver an exceptional shopping experience.

You will work closely with the Store Manager and Leadership Team to drive sales, merchandise, train Teammates and fill in as Store Manager when needed. Responsibilities cover guest service, team development, store operations, and leadership duties with a clear path from AIT to a full-fledged manager, including recruiting, coaching and maintaining Buckle standards
