Job summary

The Buckle, Inc. is seeking an Assistant in Training (AIT) who will progress to Assistant Manager, supporting leadership and driving exceptional guest experiences.

This role involves sales, merchandising, and daily store operations, with responsibilities across recruiting, training, and showroom presentation. You will work closely with the Store Manager and Leadership Team to develop sales, recruit teammates, and provide leadership.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Retail experience at a similar level is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily operations and ensure guest satisfaction.
• Assist Store Manager in recruitment and training of Teammates.
• Perform sales and merchandising tasks including displays and pulls.
• Oversee POS procedures and cash handling to ensure accuracy.
• Maintain store standards and Loss Prevention practices.
• Provide leadership in the absence of the Store Manager.
