Job summary

The Buckle, Inc. in Mobile, AL is seeking an Assistant Manager in Training (AIT) to develop leadership and drive sales while delivering exceptional guest service. This role progresses to an Assistant Manager, sharing responsibility for training teammates, merchandising, and store operations.

You will work closely with the Store Manager and Leadership Team to recruit and coach teammates, manage daily tasks, and maintain Buckle’s high standards in customer care, presentation, and loss prevention.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required or equivalent experience.
• Retail or leadership experience preferred and able to develop teammates.

Responsibilities

• Lead sales and guest service initiatives to meet store goals (sales per hour, average sale, and net sales).
• Assist in training Teammates and leading the store when Store Manager is absent.
• Support merchandising, display, and store operations with a focus on customer experience.

Education
