Job summary

The Buckle, Inc. is seeking an Assistant in Training (AIT) and Assistant Manager to leadGuest service, merchandising and store operations. You will work with the Store Manager and Leadership Team to drive sales, recruit teammates, and provide coaching, mentoring and leadership in their absence.

Responsibilities include training teammates, maintaining store presentation, executing POS procedures, and ensuring a positive customer experience while meeting performance goals.

Qualifications

• Retail experience preferred with ability to lead Teammates and manage tasks.
• Strong customer service and sales skills essential.
• Willingness to train and develop others on store standards.

Responsibilities

• Generate sales and deliver legendary Guest service across the store.
• Recruit, train, and develop Teammates; cover leadership duties as needed.
• Oversee visual merchandising, operations and loss-prevention practices.
• Support Store Manager with scheduling, coaching and performance feedback.
