Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or 8+ years in defense sales.
• 5+ years capturing DoD programs (Army).
• Proven ability to build Army Acquisition Office relationships.
• Experience leading all capture phases (RFI/RFP, proposals).

Responsibilities

• Own and drive capture for large US Army programs.
• Build and maintain relationships with PEOs/PMs and primes.
• Shape requirements to align with Silvus MN-MIMO solutions.
• Lead multi-year pursuits from identification to award.
• Collaborate with MDE and account sales for transitions.
• Stay informed on market trends and funding priorities.
