Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or relevant experience with military programs.
• 5+ years in defense sales or BD focusing on U.S. Army.

Responsibilities

• Own and drive capture for large multi-year U.S. Army programs.
• Build and maintain deep relationships with buying influences (PEOs/PMs, primes, OEMs).
• Influence technical requirements and position MN-MIMO technology for complex programs.
• Manage full lifecycle of long-cycle pursuits from identification to award.
• Collaborate with Market Development Executive and Account Sales for smooth transitions.
