Job summary

Ricoh Americas Corporation is seeking an Area Customer Service Coordinator to provide on-site coverage across multiple client locations within a designated geographic area. You will support daily operations, assist with new services, and maintain a customer-centric service delivery model.

The role requires travel within a 40–50 mile radius, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to manage front desk, mail, print, and fleet services while collaborating with management to drive process

Qualifications

• High school diploma with at least 12 months of relevant work experience.
• Flexibility to travel between client locations within a 40–50‑mile radius.
• Shifts 7am–7pm with possible overtime including weekends based on location.
• Regular use of a personal vehicle; valid driver’s license and insurance required.
• Data-driven and customer-centric approach with strong communication skills.
• Ability to lift/move items up to 50 lbs; some physical activity may be required.

Responsibilities

• Provide coverage across multiple customer sites with high-quality service delivery.
• Deliver on-site business services including mail and print services, hospitality, and front desk coverage.
• Manage shipping/receiving, courier coordination, and printer fleet operations.
• Travel locally to post offices and satellite offices as needed to support operations.
• Collaborate with management to improve processes and drive continuous improvement with data-driven insights.
• Assist in implementing new customer accounts and service expansions with Field Implementation Managers.
• Maintain a service-first mindset and build positive customer relationships.
