Job summary

Ricoh USA, Inc. is seeking an Area Customer Service Coordinator to support daily operations and implement new services across a geographic area. You will coordinate on-site services, manage mail/print, hospitality, reception, and shipping, and travel locally to client sites.

The role emphasizes a customer-centric, data-driven approach, collaboration with management, and smooth onboarding of new accounts. A valid driver’s license and ability to lift up to 50 lbs are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma with at least 12 months of relevant work experience.
• Willingness to travel 40–50 miles between client locations.
• Shifts 7am–7pm with possible overtime including weekends depending on location.
• Requires a valid driver’s license and auto insurance meeting coverage levels.

Responsibilities

• Provide coverage across multiple customer sites with consistent service delivery and operational support.
• Deliver on-site business services including mail/print, hospitality, reception, shipping, and printer fleet management.
• Travel locally to post offices and satellite offices as needed to support operations.
• Collaborate with management to improve operational processes using data-driven insights.
• Assist in onboarding new customer accounts and service expansions with Field Implementation Managers.
• Maintain a service-first mindset and build positive customer relationships.
