Job summary

Ricoh USA, Inc. is seeking an Area Customer Service Coordinator in Indianapolis to connect with clients, support daily operations, and implement new services within a defined geography.

You will travel locally to client sites, provide on-site services, and collaborate with management to optimize processes and drive improvements. The role requires strong communication, a service mindset, and the ability to work across multiple sites.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide coverage across multiple customer sites, ensuring consistent, high-quality service delivery and operational support based on each client’s unique needs.
• Deliver on-site business services, including but not limited to: Mail and print services, Hospitality support, Reception/front desk coverage, Shipping and receiving, Courier coordination, Printer fleet management.
• Travel locally, including day trips to post offices and satellite office locations, as needed to support client operations.
• Collaborate closely with management to enhance operational processes, ensuring compliance with best practices and driving continuous improvement through data-driven insights.
• Assist in the seamless implementation of new customer accounts and service expansions, providing valuable support to Field Implementation Managers.
• Bring energy and professionalism to every interaction by embracing a service-first mindset, maintaining authenticity, and building positive customer relationships.
• Demonstrate adaptability and accountability by confidently taking on new challenges and consistently delivering exceptional service.
