Ricoh Americas Holdings is seeking an Area Customer Service Coordinator to support operations across multiple client sites within the New York area. You will handle on-site services, reception, shipping, and fleet management while traveling to various locations as needed.

The role emphasizes customer-centric service, data-driven improvements, and collaboration with Field Implementation Managers to onboard new accounts and expand services. A valid driver's license is required.

Competenze

• High school diploma with at least 12 months of relevant work experience.
• Willingness to travel 40–50 miles between locations.
• Ability to travel; valid driver’s license and automobile insurance.
• Data-driven and proactive with strong communication and customer focus.
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Mansioni

• Provide coverage across multiple customer sites, ensuring consistent, high-quality service delivery and operational support.
• Deliver on-site business services including mail and print, hospitality support, and reception/front desk coverage.
• Coordinate shipping/receiving, courier logistics, and printer fleet management.
• Travel locally for post offices and satellite offices as needed to support operations.
• Collaborate with management to improve processes using data-driven insights.
• Assist in implementing new customer accounts and service expansions with Field Implementation Managers.
