Job summary

Ricoh is seeking an Area Customer Service Coordinator to support daily operations, implementations, expansions, and administration of managed services across an assigned area. You will work with the service team to ensure smooth operations at customer sites and assist with onboarding and process improvements.

The role requires quick adaptation to changing schedules, strong communication, and solid Microsoft Office skills.

Qualifications

• Requires high school diploma plus 12 months of related work experience.
• Must be able to cover accounts 40–50 miles away.
• Must have a valid, violation-free driver’s license and meet auto insurance requirements.

Responsibilities

• Support daily operations for all contracted services at customer accounts within a geographical area.
• Assist with onboarding new team members and cross-training peers.
• Assist with development of Site Procedure Guides and sharing best practices.
• Perform daily visual inspections of site services and ensure Ricoh and customer compliance with safety.
• Escalate customer issues and support resolution to completion.
• Travel to and from various accounts to support services.
