Job summary

Ricoh Americas Corporation is seeking an Area Customer Service Coordinator in Cerritos, CA to support on-site service at multiple client locations. You will manage mail/print, hospitality, front desk coverage, and shipping/logistics while traveling locally as needed.

The role emphasizes a service-first mindset, strong communication, and collaboration with management to drive process improvements across sites. A valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma with at least 12 months of relevant work experience.
• Ability to travel between customer locations within a 40–50-mile radius.
• Shifts are 7am–7pm with possible overtime including weekends.
• Regular use of a personal vehicle with valid license and insurance.
• Data-driven and customer-centric with excellent communication.
• Physical work may involve lifting up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Provide coverage across multiple customer sites with consistent service delivery.
• Deliver on-site business services: mail/print, hospitality, reception, shipping/receiving.
• Coordinate courier services and printer fleet management.
• Travel locally to client locations as needed for operations.
• Collaborate with management to improve processes using data insights.
• Assist in implementing new accounts and service expansions.
• Maintain professional service-first interactions and accountability.
