Job summary

Ricoh Americas Corporation is seeking an Area Customer Service Coordinator in the San Mateo area. You will support daily operations, implement new services, and foster a customer-centric environment across multiple client sites within your geographic area.

Responsibilities include on-site services, travel between locations, collaboration with management, and assisting Field Implementation Managers in new accounts. Strong communication and a data-driven mindset are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma with at least 12 months of relevant work experience.
• Ability to travel between customer locations within a 40–50-mile radius.
• Shifts are between 7am-7pm with possible overtime including weekends based on geographical locations.
• Regular use of a personal vehicle; valid driver’s license and auto insurance required.
• Data-driven and innovative approach with excellent communication and customer-centric mindset.
• Some physical effort may be required, including standing, walking, bending, and lifting up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Provide coverage across multiple customer sites, ensuring high-quality service and operational support.
• Deliver on-site business services: mail/print, hospitality, reception, shipping/receiving, courier coordination, printer fleet management.
• Travel locally to post offices and satellite offices as needed to support client operations.
• Collaborate with management to improve processes and drive data-driven improvements.
• Assist in onboarding new customer accounts and expanding services with Field Implementation Managers.
• Maintain service-first mindset and build strong customer relationships.
