Job summary

Ricoh USA, Inc. is seeking an Area Customer Service Coordinator to ensure exceptional service delivery across multiple client sites in Reston area.

You will support daily operations, implement new services, and foster a customer-centric environment through data-driven insights. The role involves driving to various client locations within a 40–50 mile radius, managing mailing/printing, hospitality, reception, shipping, and fleet tasks, with a monthly $260 travel stipend and mileage

Qualifications

• High school diploma and 1+ year relevant work experience.
• Flexibility to travel between client locations within a 40–50 mile radius.
• Shifts are 7am–7pm with possible overtime including weekends by location.
• Regular use of a personal vehicle with license and insurance.
• Data-driven approach, strong communication and customer-centric mindset.

Responsibilities

• Provide coverage across multiple client sites ensuring high-quality service.
• Deliver on-site business services: mail/print, hospitality, reception, shipping/receiving, courier coordination, printer fleet management.
• Travel locally to post offices and satellite offices as needed.
• Collaborate with management to improve operational processes and drive continuous improvement.
• Assist in onboarding new customer accounts and service expansions.
