Job summary

Ricoh is hiring an Area Customer Service Coordinator to ensure exceptional service delivery across multiple client sites. You will support daily operations, implement new services, and foster a customer-centric environment within your geographic area, driving improvements with a service-first mindset.

Travel locally to various client locations is required, with shifts from 7am to 7pm and potential overtime including weekends.

Qualifications

• High school diploma with at least 12 months of relevant work experience.
• Ability to travel between sites within a 40-50 mile radius.
• Shifts are between 7am–7pm with possible overtime including weekends.
• Valid driver’s license and automobile insurance that meets company requirements.
• Data-driven and customer-centric mindset with strong communication abilities.
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Provide coverage across multiple customer sites with high-quality service delivery.
• Deliver on-site business services: mail/print, hospitality, reception, shipping/receiving, courier coordination, printer fleet management.
• Travel locally to support client operations as needed.
• Collaborate with management to improve operational processes and drive continuous improvement.
• Assist in implementing new customer accounts and service expansions with Field Implementation Managers.
• Maintain professional service while building positive customer relationships.
• Embrace new challenges and deliver exceptional service.
