Job summary

Sunbelt Home Solutions is seeking an Appointment Confirmation Specialist for on-site work in St. Pete. You will conduct outbound calls to confirm sales appointments, handle inbound inquiries, and overcome objections with a professional, persuasive approach.

Role requires strong data entry skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple CRM systems while maintaining a fast-paced, high-energy environment. On-site only; training provided and opportunities for growth available.

Qualifications

• Experience in phone sales or outbound call centers preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
• Ability to handle objections and guide conversations to commitments.
• Experience with CRM software is a plus; bilinguals encouraged.

Responsibilities

• Make outbound confirmation calls to homeowners with scheduled appointments.
• Handle inbound calls and appointment-related inquiries.
• Overcome objections and secure appointment commitments.
• Verify homeowner information and ensure appointment details are accurate.
• Perform high-volume data entry and maintain CRM records.
• Review and scrub appointments for quality and completeness.
• Dispatch confirmed appointments to in-home sales reps.
• Navigate multiple screens while maintaining engaging conversations.
• Collaborate with call center leadership to maximize confirmation rates.
