Ridgeline Roofing & Restoration LLC is hiring an Appointment Confirmation Specialist for our call center. You will confirm appointments with homeowners, keep calendars accurate, and help ensure our sales team arrives on confirmed visits. This role fits an organized, phone-friendly individual with clear daily goals.

The position offers remote or on-site work, part-time or full-time options, and $15-18/hr plus quarterly bonus potential based on performance and confirmation metrics.

Qualifications

• Strong phone and written communication skills.
• Outgoing, energetic personality suitable for high-volume calls.
• Detail oriented and able to work independently in remote settings.

Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls and handle some inbound calls to confirm upcoming inspection/estimate appointments
• Gather additional project details from the homeowner ahead of the appointment
• Build rapport with homeowners and reinforce the value of keeping their scheduled appointment
• Address homeowner questions or concerns and retain qualified appointments when appropriate
• Reschedule or follow up with customers who need to move their appointment
• Email homeowners as needed
• Log all activity in CRM
• Flag no-shows, cancellations, or at-risk appointments to the team
• Hit daily/weekly confirmation targets
• Communicate professionally and represent our brand on every call
