StateWide Home Improvement is seeking confident Appointment Setters for our growing in-office call center in Florida. You will answer inbound inquiries and make outbound follow-up calls to homeowners, identifying project needs and scheduling qualified appointments for our sales team.

This is a sales-driven role where persistence, objections handling, and a positive, professional demeanor drive success and earnings. Bilingual English/Spanish candidates may start at higher pay.

Qualifikationen

• Experience in appointment-setting, call center, sales, telemarketing, or customer-service is preferred but not required.
• Bilingual English/Spanish candidates are strongly encouraged to apply.

• Answer inbound calls from homeowners who have requested information.
• Make outbound calls to prospective, previous, and existing customers.
• Follow up with web inquiries, unsold opportunities, and qualified leads.
• Build rapport and identify project needs to explain services professionally.
• Schedule and confirm qualified in-home appointments for the sales team.
• Overcome objections and turn initial no responses into yes and booked appointments.
• Meet individual and team call, appointment, and performance goals.
• Maintain accurate customer records, dispositions, and follow-up notes.
