Groundswell is seeking an experienced Appian Test Engineering Lead to support the development of web-based applications with a focus on automation testing. You will shape QA strategy and lead test planning across projects.

You will mentor a testing team, define test environments, execute tests, review documentation, and ensure high-quality releases. The role supports fully remote and hybrid teams with opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in information technology or related discipline.
• 5+ years of software testing experience with cross-functional teams.
• 2+ years of automation testing experience.
• Experience leading a team and mentoring junior members.
• Experience interpreting requirements and writing test documentation.
• Knowledge of test management, automation toolsets and processes.
• Knowledge of performance testing processes and cadence.
• Proficiency with Playwright and Selenium.
