Qualifications

• 5+ years of software testing experience.
• 2+ years of automation testing experience.
• Experience leading a testing team and mentoring junior members.
• Experience interpreting requirements and writing quality control documentation.
• Knowledge of test management and automation toolsets.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement the QA program strategy.
• Lead test strategy, environment design, and data planning.
• Mentor and evaluate testing staff and project performance.
