Groundswell is seeking an experienced Appian Test Engineering Lead to support the development of web-based applications with automation testing expertise. You will shape the QA program, lead test strategy, environments, and data planning, and mentor the testing team while coordinating with cross-functional groups.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in information technology or related discipline.
• 5+ years of software testing experience with cross-functional teams.
• 2+ years of automation testing experience.
• Experience leading a team and mentoring juniors.
• Experience interpreting requirements and writing test plans and reports.
• Knowledge of test management, automation tools, and performance testing.
• Proficient with Playwright and Selenium.

Responsibilities

• Define and implement the QA program design and strategy.
• Lead test strategy, environments, and data planning.
• Mentor testers and evaluate performance.
• Plan, execute, and report testing across software dev life cycle.
• Review test documentation and incident reports.
