Job summary

CSAA Insurance Group (CSAA IG) is hiring an API IT Solutions Analyst II for a remote role. You will deliver enterprise APIs, onboard partners, troubleshoot issues, and ensure seamless integrations across sales, service, and claims channels.

You will work with BRM/BRMC, BSA, PMs, developers and QA to translate business needs into technical requirements, write API specs, and create comprehensive documentation. This is a remote-first position with nationwide scope in the United States.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years system documentation experience
• Ability to translate business requirements into non-functional requirements
• Solid understanding of development, QA and integration methodologies
• Ability to trace transactions through a complex system

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with BRM/BRMC, BSA and PM to gather needs and translate into technical requirements
• Coordinate with PMs to ensure timelines are met
• Develop and maintain SOPs for consistency and efficiency
• Lead interdependencies across domains for aligned efforts
• Drive project delivery to successful completion on schedule
• Create API mapping sheets and API specs
• Foster collaboration with Architects, Developers and partners
• Serve as SME for applications and platforms
• Review documentation for accuracy and completeness
• Update BRM/BRMC, BSA and PM on issues and risks
• Translate business requirements into BRD and validate non-functional requirements
• Create and maintain technical documentation including data flows and mappings
• Assist with UAT and training materials
• Extract, analyze and report data to support decisions
