Job summary

CSAA Insurance Group (CSAA IG) seeks an API IT Solutions Analyst II to design and deliver enterprise APIs across sales, service, and claims channels. You will onboard partners to our API ecosystem, troubleshoot issues, and ensure seamless integration.

You will collaborate with BRM/BRMC, BSA, PM, and developers, translate business needs into technical requirements, and drive projects to timely completion while maintaining thorough documentation and SOPs.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience in a related field.
3-5 years of system documentation experience and/or technical writing.
Ability to create non-functional requirements and translate business requirements into non-functional requirements.
Solid understanding of development, quality assurance and integration methodologies.
Ability to trace transactions through a complex system and document interactions.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with BRM/BRMC, BSA, PM, Developers and QA to gather and translate needs into technical requirements.
Coordinate with project managers to meet timelines and milestones.
Develop and maintain SOPs for consistency and efficiency.
Lead interdependencies and drive project delivery to completion.
Create API mapping sheets and API specs.
Build relationships with domains and councils to foster collaboration.
Collaborate with Architects and Solution Designers to align technical solutions with business goals.
Maintain up-to-date documentation including requirements, design, user stories and acceptance criteria.
Assist with UAT and training materials for end-users.
Perform data analysis and contribute to dashboards to track progress.
