Job summary

CSAA Insurance Group is hiring an API IT Solutions Analyst II - Remote to join our IT API team. You will translate business needs into technical requirements, document system behavior, and ensure accurate traceability across BRD, SOPs, and API specs.

Work with BRM/BRMC, BSA, PM, architects and developers to deliver enterprise APIs powering sales, service and claims. This role emphasizes collaboration, quality documentation, testing support, and data analysis in a remote-first environment

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in related area (CS/IS or equivalent).
3-5 years system documentation experience and/or technical writing.
Ability to create non-functional requirements and translate business needs into technical specs.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with BRM/BRMC and BSA to understand needs and translate into technical requirements.
Coordinate with PMs to ensure timelines; develop SOPs for consistency and efficiency.
Document API mappings, specs, and data flows; ensure traceability across artifacts.
Maintain documentation including requirements, design, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
Assist with testing and training; support UAT and training materials.
