Qualifications

• 1-2 years of maintenance experience, including apartment turns, service requests, preventive maintenance, and property inspections.
• EPA Type 1, II, or Universal refrigerant recycling certifications required.
• Valid driver’s license to operate golf cart on property, if applicable.

Responsibilities

• Complete work orders from resident requests and perform preventative maintenance per safety standards and code requirements.
• Execute make-ready process for vacant units, including pre-move-out inspections and scheduling needed tasks.
• Track inventory, access materials, and document work in maintenance records.
