Job summary

Greystar is seeking a Property Maintenance Service Technician to ensure building systems, grounds, and amenities meet company standards for cleanliness, safety, and overall functionality at an on-site property. You will diagnose defects, complete work orders, and assist in make-ready tasks for vacant units.

The role requires EPA refrigerant certifications (Type 1/II or Universal), compliance with state/local rules, and a valid driver’s license for equipment operation.

Qualifications

• EPA certifications Type 1 and II or Universal for refrigerant recycling.
• All required state and local certifications as applicable.
• Valid driver’s license to operate golf cart on property, if applicable.

Responsibilities

• Completes assigned work orders from resident requests and preventative maintenance by diagnosing and repairing issues.
• Makes-ready for vacant units, completes pre-move-out inspections, creates punch lists, and coordinates vendors as needed.
• Maintains inventory and ensures proper use of tools and materials.
