Job summary

Greystar Worldwide, LLC is seeking a Maintenance Technician to ensure the physical integrity of building exteriors, units, and common areas, while performing preventative maintenance and responding to resident work orders.

The role requires EPA refrigerant certifications, a valid driver's license, and the ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays. On-site property responsibilities include upkeep of pools, breezeways, and signage.

Qualifications

• EPA Type I & II or Universal refrigerant certification required.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• State/local certifications may apply.

Responsibilities

• Completes assigned work orders from resident requests and preventative maintenance.
• Prepares vacant apartments by conducting pre-move-out inspections and creating punch lists.
• Schedules vendors and coordinates supplies for maintenance tasks.
• Maintains documentation for service requests and inspections.
• Assists in grounds maintenance and general cleaning of common areas.
