Job summary

Greystar is seeking a Maintenance Technician to ensure the physical upkeep of buildings, grounds, and amenities in line with company standards. You will diagnose defects, perform repairs, and assist with make-ready processes for new residents.

Active EPA refrigerant certifications and a valid driver’s license are required, along with state/local credentials. Onsite work with opportunities for benefits and growth are included.

Qualifications

• EPA Type 1 and II or Universal refrigerant recycling certification.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• State and local certifications as applicable to service technicians.

Responsibilities

• Completes work orders from resident requests and preventative maintenance per policy and code requirements.
• Prepares vacant apartments via make-ready processes, schedules vendors, and inspects work.
• Maintains inventory and proper tooling, documents materials used and reorders when needed.
• Documents service requests promptly and accurately for tracking.
