Job summary

Greystar is seeking a Maintenance Technician for the TENTEN Campus Glendale in Glendale, CA. The role involves diagnosing and repairing building systems, completing make-ready tasks for new move-ins, and servicing requests to maintain property standards.

Ideal candidates have 1–2 years of maintenance experience, EPA refrigerant certifications, a valid driver's license, and familiarity with Yardi or similar systems. OSHA training is a plus, and on-call scheduling may apply.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of maintenance experience with apartment turns, service requests, and preventative maintenance.
• EPA Type 1/II or Universal refrigerant certifications are required.
• Valid driver's license required to operate golf cart on property where applicable.

Responsibilities

• Complete work orders from resident requests and preventive maintenance.
• Perform make-ready process for vacant units and coordinate vendors.
• Track materials and inventory; ensure proper use of tools and equipment.
• Document service requests accurately for record keeping.
• Assist in grounds and common areas maintenance and cleaning as needed.
• Support cost-control by using parts efficiently and not wasting supplies.
