Job summary

Irth Solutions is seeking an Account Manager to work remotely with our Customer Success team and cross-functional colleagues in Project, Technical and Sales. You will manage client portfolios, drive growth, and lead strategic conversations with executives.

Requirements include 3–4 years in customer success/account management (SAAS/CRM a plus), fluency in English + French + Portuguese, and a BBA or related degree. Flexible hours across time zones support a global client base.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in administration (BBA) or related field.
• 3–4 years of experience in customer success account management or solution consulting.
• 2–3 years of experience with SAAS or CRM.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain trusted client relationships after the initial sales.
• Define growth plans on appointed client portfolios and identify opportunities.
• Deliver business presentations to executive stakeholders.
• Coordinate with SAAS and internal teams to deliver services.
• Advise on system adoption and define next objectives with clients.
• Provide analytics and reporting to track KPI performance.
