You will work with Sales, Product, Operations and Engineering to deliver exceptional customer outcomes and drive revenue growth across 150+ countries.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years in a Customer Success/Account Management role
• Based in Shanghai, China
• 2 of last 3 years with goals/targets exceeded
• People-first mindset with growth orientation
• Experience working remotely is a plus
• Ability to work independently and collaborate cross-functionally
• Understanding of value-based sales
• Discipline in account planning, forecasting and quota attainment

Responsibilities

• Build trusted relationships with named accounts through consultative solutioning to achieve talent and business objectives
• Monitor adoption of our products/services and share industry best practices
• Collaborate with Sales, Product, Operations and Engineering to deliver excellent customer experience and drive growth
• Convey customer feedback to Product to influence roadmap
• Identify and design solutions for diverse business needs across industries
• Identify growth opportunities within your portfolio
