Job summary

Irth Solutions is seeking an Account Manager to work remotely with our Customer Success team and cross-functional groups. You will manage client portfolios, identify growth opportunities, and drive adoption of Borealis across a global client base.

The role requires 3–4 years in customer success or solution consulting, plus 2–3 years in SAAS/CRM. Fluent English, French, and Portuguese are expected; flexible hours accommodate multiple time zones.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in administration (BBA) or relevant field.
• 3–4 years of customer success/account management or solution consulting experience.
• 2–3 years of SAAS or CRM experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage relationships with a client portfolio and identify growth actions.
• Collaborate with Customer Success, Project, Technical and Sales teams.
• Define growth plans and manage financials of the client portfolio.
• Provide trusted advisor and present to executives.
• Ensure adoption of Borealis solutions.
