Job summary

Borealis is seeking a remote Account Manager to partner with Customer Success, Project, Technical and Sales teams across a global client base. You will manage relationships, drive growth, and advise on system adoption from home with flexible hours to accommodate time zones.

You will coordinate and present to executives, ensure client objectives are met, and collaborate with internal teams to expand Borealis usage and value.

Qualifications

• Fluent in English, French and Portuguese written and spoken.
• Bachelor’s degree in administration (BBA) or relevant field.
• 3–4 years of experience in customer success account management or solution consulting.
• 2–3 years of experience with SAAS or CRM is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain trusted client relationships after initial sales.
• Define growth plans on assigned client portfolio and manage finances.
• Identify new client needs and convert them into opportunities.
• Deliver business presentations to executives and key stakeholders.
• Coordinate with SAAS, project, technical and sales teams to meet client objectives.
• Provide proactive follow-up and client engagement aligned with internal expectations.
• Advise clients on system adoption and define next objectives for rollout.
• Capture client requirements and help implement business processes in Borealis.
• Feed the product team with quality information to align Borealis roadmap.
