Job summary

Borealis is seeking an Account Manager for a 100% remote role. You will work with Customer Success, Project, Technical and Sales teams to manage client portfolios, identify growth opportunities, and drive adoption of Borealis across diverse client bases.

Ideal candidates have 3–4 years in customer success or account management, 2–3 years in SAAS/CRM, and are fluent in English, French, and Portuguese. Flexible hours align with clients in multiple time zones.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in administration (BBA) or related field.
• 3–4 years of experience in customer success/account management or solution consulting.
• 2–3 years of experience with SAAS or CRM is a plus.
• Fluent in English, French and Portuguese written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain trusted relationships with clients after the initial sales.
• Define growth plans on appointed client portfolio and identify opportunities.
• Manage the financial aspects of the client portfolio and key KPIs.
• Deliver business presentations to executives and stakeholders.
• Advise clients on system adoption and best practices within Borealis.
