Job summary

Hy-Vee seeks an Aisles Online Service Lead in Sioux Falls to supervise daily operations, organize labor, and ensure precise order fulfillment. You will guide a team toward efficient workflows while maintaining high service standards and safety compliance.

You’ll deliver warm, helpful customer support, manage staff performance, and collaborate with store leadership to keep operations on track and customers satisfied. This role is hourly and performance-driven.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Six months of similar or related job experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding customer service by greeting customers warmly and resolving concerns as needed.
• Supervise and direct the work of Aisles Online employees, planning labor for efficiency.
• Maintain in-house quality control and proper handling of equipment and merchandise.
• Communicate with supervisors regarding labor needs, storage, rotation, and delivery issues.
• Respond promptly to questions from employees and customers in a professional manner.
• Train new employees and participate in performance reviews; may recommend disciplinary action.
