Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Six months of similar or related job experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding customer service by greeting customers warmly and resolving concerns.
• Supervise and direct work of Aisles Online employees, plan labor for efficiency and cost control.
• Maintain in-house quality control including cleaning and proper handling of equipment and merchandise.
• Communicate labor needs and delivery issues with supervisors to keep orders on track.
• Train new employees and conduct performance and productivity reviews.
