• Supervise and direct Aisles Online employees, planning labor for efficiency.
• Maintain in-house quality control and proper handling of equipment.
• Communicate labor needs and delivery issues with supervisors.
• Respond to questions from employees and customers promptly.
• Maintain employee records and document interactions.
• Train new employees and conduct performance reviews.
• Attend and participate in team meetings.
• Answer phones and provide friendly service including taking orders.
• Follow dress code and department guidelines.
• Assist with special projects as needed.
