Job summary

Hy-Vee is seeking an Aisles Online Service Lead to help manage daily operations in our Aisles Online department. You will supervise staff, organize workflow, and ensure orders are fulfilled accurately and on time while delivering exceptional customer service.

The role requires leadership in a fast-paced retail setting, attention to labor planning and process improvements, and a commitment to Hy-Vee's mission of making customers' lives easier, healthier and happier.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Six months of similar or related job experience preferred.
• Retail or food-service experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding customer service by greeting customers and resolving concerns.
• Supervise Aisles Online staff and organize labor for efficiency.
• Maintain in-house quality control and proper handling of equipment and merchandise.
• Communicate labor needs and delivery issues with supervisors and managers.
• Respond to questions from employees and customers in a timely, professional manner.
• Train new employees and conduct performance reviews.
