Job summary

Hy-Vee is seeking an Aisles Online Service Lead to oversee daily operations, supervise staff, and ensure accurate, on-time order fulfillment in a fast-paced retail setting.

You'll lead a team, manage labor, handle customer concerns, and collaborate with store leadership to optimize service quality and efficiency. Training and compliance with safety and dress standards are part of the role.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Six months of similar or related job experience preferred.
• Strong leadership and customer service orientation required.

Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding customer service by greeting customers warmly and resolving concerns.
• Supervise and direct Aisles Online staff, plan labor for efficiency.
• Maintain in-house quality control and proper handling of equipment.
• Communicate with supervisors about labor needs and delivery issues.
• Train new employees and conduct performance reviews.
