Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding customer service by greeting customers warmly and handling concerns.
• Supervise and direct Aisles Online employees, planning labor for efficiency.
• Maintain in-house quality control including cleaning and proper handling of equipment.
• Communicate with supervisors regarding labor needs and delivery issues.
• Address questions from employees and customers in a timely, professional manner.
• Maintain employee records and complete performance reviews.
• Train new employees and participate in team meetings.
• Adhere to dress code, hygiene standards, and department guidelines.
• Assist with other tasks or special projects as needed.
