Job summary

Hy-Vee seeks an Aisles Online Service Lead to manage daily operations and supervise staff, ensuring accurate, on-time order fulfillment. You’ll direct labor, maintain quality control, and handle customer concerns in a fast-paced retail environment.

This role focuses on team leadership, training new hires, and collaborating with department leadership to deliver an outstanding in-store experience for customers and colleagues alike.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Six months of similar or related job experience preferred.
• Strong customer service mindset and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding customer service by greeting customers warmly and resolving concerns as needed.
• Supervise and direct Aisles Online employees and plan labor for efficiency and cost control.
• Maintain in-house quality control and proper handling of equipment and merchandise.
• Communicate with supervisors on labor needs and delivery issues.
• Train new employees and conduct performance reviews.
• Follow dress code and department guidelines and participate in team meetings.
• Assist with other tasks or special projects as they arise.
