Job summary

Envoy Air Inc. is seeking a Supervisor - Station Operations in Ohio to coordinate day-to-day station activities, lead Agents/Clerks, and ensure a safe, on-time operation at the Cleveland location.

You will schedule staffing, conduct training, resolve issues, and maintain records. The role may include station agent duties as needed to support a seamless passenger experience in a fast-paced airline environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum Age: 18.
• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Must be able to carry, bend, lift and turn with bags up to 75 lbs.
• Ability to work rotating shifts including nights, holidays and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate day-to-day station operations by leading and organizing Agents/Clerks to ensure safety and on-time dependability.
• Ensure adequate operational coverage; schedule and utilize manpower.
• Maintain a safe, dependable and consistent operation.
• Conduct Agent observations and training.
• Schedule and administer local training including new hire training.
• Investigate and resolve operational and customer service issues.
• Duties may include station agent tasks and baggage handling as needed.
