Envoy Air Inc. is seeking an experienced Station Supervisor to lead day-to-day station operations, overseeing Agents/Clerks to ensure a safe and on-time environment. You will schedule coverage, conduct trainings, and handle operational issues while upholding uniform and security standards.

The role requires leadership, customer service experience, and the ability to work flexible shifts in a fast-paced airline setting at your assigned station. Health and training benefits are provided.

Formación

• Minimum Age: 18.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Valid REAL ID or passport; ability to work in the U.S.
• Able to lift up to 75 lbs.
• Rotate shifts including nights, holidays, weekends.
• Fluent English reading/writing/speaking.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and organize Agents/Clerks to ensure safe, on-time operations.
• Schedule and manage station coverage and manpower utilization.
• Maintain a safe, dependable operation and conduct agent observations.
• Administer local training including new hire training.
• Investigate and resolve operational and customer service issues; prepare reports.
• Ensure uniforms and policy adherence; participate in calls and audits.
• Coordinate with internal teams for safe and on-time departures.
• Assist with baggage handling and aircraft movement as needed.
