Job summary

Envoy Air is seeking a Supervisor - Airport Services to lead day-to-day station operations, guiding Agents and Clerks to ensure safety and on-time performance. This role supports the Manager in achieving targets and budgetary goals while upholding procedures and regulatory compliance.

The position requires strong leadership, communication, and flexibility for non-standard schedules, with the potential to work at peak times as needed.

Qualifications

• Minimum age 18 and legal right to work in the United States.
• High school diploma or GED; college coursework desirable.
• Previous airline/airport supervisory or lead experience preferred.
• Able to read, write and communicate effectively.
• Flexibility for non-standard schedules as needed.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate day-to-day station operations by leading Agents/Clerks to ensure a safe working environment and on-time dependability.
• Support the Manager in meeting operational performance targets and monitoring the station operation budget.
• Formulate and implement administrative/operational policies and procedures with the Manager.
• Review and standardize procedures to improve efficiency within the operation.
• Maintain station compliance with policies, safety rules, and regulations.
• Investigate and resolve customer service and operation issues.
• Participate in conferences, audits, and report preparation.
• Coordinate activities with airport management, regulators, and other stations.
• Maintain records such as time and attendance, personnel files, and performance.
• Provide guidance and coach employees on performance issues.
• As needed, work in the operation during peak or irregular periods.
