Job summary

Envoy Air Inc. in Cleveland, Ohio is seeking a Supervisor - Airport Services to coordinate the day-to-day station operations, lead Agents and Clerks, and ensure a safe work environment with on-time dependability.

You will support the Station Manager in meeting performance targets, monitor the operation budget, and help formulate policies and procedures while ensuring compliance and effective customer service.

Qualifications

• Minimum Age: 18
• High school diploma or GED equivalent
• College coursework or college degree desirable
• Possess a valid, unexpired REAL ID-compliant driver’s license or necessary authority to travel for business
• Previous airline/airport capacity experience
• Proven leadership and analytical skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities
• Effective written and verbal communication
• Willingness to work non-standard schedules
• Legal right to work in the United States
• Must read/write/speak English fluently
• Previous team lead/supervisor/manager experience preferred
• Minimum one year customer service experience preferred
• Ability to handle stressful conditions and maintain professionalism
• Strong organizational and interpersonal skills

Responsibilities

• Coordinate day-to-day station operations by leading Agents/Clerks to ensure safety and on-time dependability
• Support the Manager in meeting operational performance targets and monitoring the station operation budget
• Formulate administrative/operational policies and procedures to be implemented
• Review and standardize procedures to improve efficiency within the operation
• Maintain station and personnel compliance with policies, safety rules, and regulations
• Investigate and resolve customer service and operation issues
• Participate in operational conference calls, audits, and prepare reports
• Coordinate with local airport management, regulatory agencies, and other stations/headquarters staff
• Maintain records such as time and attendance, personnel files, and performance
• Provide guidance to the team on performance issues and coaching
• Work in the operation during peak or irregular periods as necessary
