Job summary

Envoy Air is seeking a Station Supervisor to lead Agents/Clerks in daily operations, ensuring safety and on-time performance. You’ll oversee scheduling, training, and performance records, coordinating with teams to support check-in, ticketing, and departure processes.

Ideal candidates bring customer service experience, ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment, and a commitment to safety. The role requires flexibility to work rotating shifts, including nights and weekends.

Qualifications

• Minimum Age: 18
• High school diploma or GED equivalent
• REAL ID-compliant driver's license or travel authorization as required
• Must be able to carry, bend, lift and turn with bags up to 75 lbs
• Ability to work rotating shifts including nights, holidays, weekends
• Requires flexibility to work additional hours on short notice
• Must be able to perform duties in various weather conditions

Responsibilities

• Coordinate day-to-day station operations to ensure safety and on-time dependability
• Schedule and manage manpower utilization
• Maintain a safe, dependable and consistent operation
• Conduct Agent observations
• Schedule and administer local training including new hire training
• Investigate and resolve operational and customer service issues
• Collaborate on station audits and reporting
