Job summary

Envoy Air Inc. seeks a Station Operations Supervisor to lead Agents/Clerks, ensure safe and on-time operations, and coordinate coverage for peak times. You will conduct training, investigate issues, and support the overall passenger experience across the station.

The role emphasizes leadership, safety, and strong communication, with opportunities to contribute to audits and performance reporting while adhering to airline standards and DOT/security requirements.

Qualifications

• Supervisors must manage work groups and handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Must be self-motivated, safety-conscious, and able to lead in stressful conditions.
• Ability to demonstrate leadership, initiative, and judgment.
• Minimum age 18 with valid ID and legal right to work in the U.S.
• Must pass background checks and security requirements as applicable.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate day-to-day station operations by leading and organizing Agents/Clerks.
• Ensure adequate coverage and manpower utilization for on-time performance.
• Maintain safe, dependable, and consistent operations within station.
• Conduct Agent observations and administer local training including new hire training.
• Investigate and resolve operational and customer service issues.
• Participate in station audits, calls, and report generation.
• Assist with baggage handling and guidance to ensure smooth passenger flow.
