Job summary

Envoy Air is seeking a Station Supervisor to lead Agents/Clerks in day-to-day station operations, ensuring safety and on-time performance across ramp and customer service tasks.

The role requires strong leadership, the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment, and the flexibility to work rotating shifts. Applicants should be prepared to train new hires and participate in audits and reports.

Qualifications

• Must be able to perform duties under sometimes stressful conditions.
• Proven leadership, initiative and judgment required.
• Able to lift up to 75 lbs and work rotating shifts, including nights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate day-to-day station operations by leading Agents/Clerks for safety and on-time dependability.
• Schedule staffing and ensure adequate coverage; supervise and train staff.
• Maintain records (time, attendance, files) and handle operational issues and customer service escalations.
• Support equipment movement and aircraft guidance to ensure safe gate operations.
