Envoy Air Inc. is seeking a Supervisor - Airport Services to coordinate day-to-day station operations, lead Agents/Clerks, ensure safety and on-time performance, and support the Manager in meeting performance targets.

The role requires proven leadership, ability to manage multiple priorities, strong communication, willingness to work non-standard hours, and the legal right to work in the United States. Envoy Air is an Equal Opportunity Employer.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum one year customer service experience preferred.
• High school diploma or GED required; college coursework/desirable.
• Valid REAL ID-compliant driver’s license or travel authority for business needs; some license restrictions may apply.
• Must be able to read, write, fluently speak and understand English.
• Willing and able to work non-standard schedules during peak periods.
• Must have right to work in the United States.

Aufgaben

• Coordinate day-to-day station operations by leading and organizing Agents/Clerks.
• Support the Manager in meeting performance targets and monitoring the station budget.
• Formulate and implement administrative/operational policies and procedures.
• Review and standardize procedures to improve efficiency.
• Maintain station compliance with policies, safety rules, and regulations.
• Investigate and resolve customer service and operation issues.
• Participate in conference calls, audits, and reporting.
• Coordinate with airport management, regulators, and other stations/headquarters staff.
• Maintain records such as time and attendance and personnel files.
• Provide coaching and guidance to the team on performance.
